The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge;
but the foolish despise wisdom and instruction.
Proverbs 1:7
I have learned that I do not fear GOD YHSHWH
because HE IS ALL POWERFUL – ALMIGHTY.
I fear HIM because HE IS ALL HOLY
and no sin, at all, can be and/or live around or in HIM.
HIS HOLY LIVING LAW/HOLY SPIRIT, in me,
is HIS HOLY OIL for me.
HIS HOLY WRITTEN LAW, in my mind,
is HIS HOLY LAMP for me.
HE HAS GIVEN me HIS GIFT of SALVATION.
Now,
HIS LAW is HIS COUNCEL with me;
HIS REPROOF (“proofing”) of me.

1.a. An assembly of persons called together for consultation, deliberation, or discussion.
b. A body of people elected or appointed to serve in an administrative, legislative, or advisory capacity.
2. The discussion or deliberation that takes place in such an assembly or body.
I ACCEPT HIS COUNCEL.

5. Law. The result or effect of evidence; the establishment or denial of a fact by evidence.

To SPEAK, READ, and/or USE HIS WORD is my JOY.
“How long, you simple ones, will you love simplicity?
How long will mockers delight themselves in mockery,
and fools hate knowledge?
Turn at my reproof.
Behold, I will pour out my spirit on you.
I will make known my words to you.
Because I have called, and you have refused;
I have stretched out my hand, and no one has paid attention;
but you have ignored all my counsel,
and wanted none of my reproof;
I also will laugh at your disaster.
I will mock when calamity overtakes you;
when calamity overtakes you like a storm,
when your disaster comes on like a whirlwind;
when distress and anguish come on you.
Then will they call on me, but I will not answer.
They will seek me diligently, but they will not find me;
because they hated knowledge,
and didn’t choose the fear of the LORD.
They wanted none of my counsel.
They despised all my reproof.
Therefore they will eat of the fruit of their own way,
and be filled with their own schemes.
For the backsliding of the simple will kill them.
The careless ease of fools will destroy them.
But whoever listens to me will dwell securely,
and will be at ease, without fear of harm.”

My son, if you will receive my words,
and store up my commandments within you;
So as to turn your ear to wisdom,
and apply your heart to understanding;
Yes, if you call out for discernment,
and lift up your voice for understanding;
If you seek her as silver,
and search for her as for hidden treasures:
then you will understand the fear of the LORD,
and find the knowledge of God.
For the LORD gives wisdom.
Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding.
He lays up sound wisdom for the upright.
He is a shield to those who walk in integrity;
that he may guard the paths of justice,
and preserve the way of his holy ones.

Wisdom has built her house.
She has carved out her seven pillars.
She has prepared her meat.
She has mixed her wine.
She has also set her table.
She has sent out her maidens.
She cries from the highest places of the city:
“Whoever is simple, let him turn in here!”
As for him who is void of understanding, she says to him,
“Come, eat some of my bread,
Drink some of the wine which I have mixed!
Leave your simple ways, and live.
Walk in the way of understanding.”
He who corrects a mocker invites insult.
He who reproves a wicked man invites abuse.
Don’t reprove a scoffer, lest he hate you.
Reprove a wise man, and he will love you.
Instruct a wise man, and he will be still wiser.
Teach a righteous man, and he will increase in learning.
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom.
The knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.
For by me your days will be multiplied.
The years of your life will be increased.
If you are wise, you are wise for yourself.
If you mock, you alone will bear it.

LORD, be gracious to us.
We have waited for you.
Be our strength every morning,
our salvation also in the time of trouble.
At the noise of the thunder, the peoples have fled.
When you lift yourself up, the nations are scattered.
Your spoil will be gathered as the caterpillar gathers.
Men will leap on it as locusts leap.
The LORD is exalted, for he dwells on high.
He has filled Zion with justice and righteousness.
There will be stability in your times,
abundance of salvation,
wisdom, and knowledge.
The fear of the LORD is your treasure.
