Let us PRAY for all the Survivors, the VICTORS,
of the New Orleans disaster.

Hi, everyone.
We are requesting some information from your areas.
If any of the New Orleans Survivor Shelters are in your area,
could you please send us some information on how to get in touch with them.
We have people that are searching for relatives and friends.

Also, if you know of any jobs in your area, please let us know.
If you have an idea let us know
and/or
if you can help us, please do.
We need everybody’s help to help others.

How to help:

Establish contact with the individual shelters in your area..

Create and send in a current, accurate list of as many shelters in your area. This will allow volunteers to contact the shelters when a name is identified.

Identify, only, willing contacts within each shelter.

Establish contact with larger agencies, coordinating a list of SURVIVORS in the shelter.

Gather brief news update from each shelter.

Set up communications to support volunteers within the shelters.

Coordinate volunteers from your church or social club.

Again, get the person's name and former address;
this will identify the individual to someone who knows them.

Also, get the name, phone number and/or the email address of the shelter where the individual is.

Now, do it.
