  • 10 Plagues of Egypt

    Shalom everyone,

    This is what Yah has shown me. And so I pass it on. This is the first "part". I will post more as Yah shows me more. I could... > not post just yet and wait till it is all done, but... then it would be so very long. This way I figure I can share "as it comes", and no one is stuck with a huge post to have to read.
    As you will see, I haven't even gotten to the "plagues yet". But have started at the beginning. It shouldn't be long for the next one, as this is just flooding in like water, and I can hardly get it out fast enough. But I did ask. (smile) And I too am learning as this comes forth. Praise Yah! So please bear with me. I ask for patience and any comments that Yah leads you to show forth.
    I am INTERESTED! As I am just "seeing" all this too. Just recently while reading did I get the idea that the 10 plagues happens to all of us. But haven't gotten it all straight in my head. So I trust Yah to show forth His Purpose and plan, not mine.
    And here is what has come forth so far.

    10 Plagues: Part One

    Pharaoh: (Great House) Type or "shadow" of "Church" or religious leaders/rulers says;
    Ex 5:5 And Pharaoh said, Behold, the people of the land now are many, and ye (Moses) make them rest from their burdens.

    Then Pharaoh commanded: > 7 Ye shall no more give the people straw to make brick, as heretofore: let them go and gather straw for themselves.

    12 So the people were "scattered abroad" throughout all the land of Egypt to gather "stubble" instead of "straw".
    13 And the taskmasters hasted them, saying, Fulfil your works, your daily tasks, as when there was straw.

    The children of Israel:
    20 And they met Moses and Aaron, who "stood in the way", as they came forth from Pharaoh:
    21 And they said unto them, YAH look upon you, and judge; because ye have made our savour to be abhorred in the eyes of Pharaoh, and in the eyes of his servants, to put a sword in their hand to slay us.
    22 And Moses returned unto YAH, and said, Yah, wherefore hast thou so evil entreated this people? why is it that thou hast sent me?
    23 For since I came to Pharaoh to speak in thy name, he hath done evil to this people; neither hast thou delivered thy people at all.

    Yah says to Moses:
    Exodus 6:3 And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of Elohim Almighty but by my name YHUH was I not known to them.

    Okay... Here, so far... The people are in Egypt, which means; pain, distress, straits.(will show below) As we all are before we know Yah. We are all making and putting together our own bricks, and the straw provided is being controlled by the "worldly" ruler so to speak.
    This is so in the churches/religion. We are making our "own" way so to speak. And we like the children of Israel (Jacob) know of "God" and are called or drawn to make sacrifice (give ourselves) unto him, and also "knew" of him by another name other then Yah. (more on "name" later)
    So we are "drawn" unto the truth... but when we speak to the ruler(s) (religious leaders) about allowing this "Truth", they then get indignant and refuse you of even taking part of what they have always offered (straw). So you must go get your own. But at first they do not let you go. They keep after you because they feel you are "going astray" etc.

    But Yah says; Exodus 6:4 And I have also established my covenant with them, to give them the land of Canaan, the land of their pilgrimage, wherein they were strangers.

    Now "Canaan" means; "lowland".

    H3667 ![;n:K. [email protected]`an {ken-ah'-an} ¤ from 03665; Canaan = "lowland" n pr m

    Notice it says Yah is to establish this, not us. And His promise is to bring us unto the land of Canaan or the "lowland", or a "humbled state". For "Ye shall not enter the kingdom of heaven lest ye be humble".
    When we look at the root word of Canaan >
    H3665 [n:K' kana` {kaw-nah'} ¤ a primitive root; ¤ 1) to be humble, be humbled, be subdued, be brought down, be low, be under, be brought into subjection 1a) (Niphal) 1a1) to humble oneself 1a2) to be humbled, be subdued 1b) (Hiphil) 1b1) to humble 1b2) to subdue

    See... one cannot approach unto Yah or be in the presence of Yah and not be "humble". For in comparison to Him we are as ants. yea, not even as good as ants.
    But He promises, none the less, to bring us unto this land. (our bodies are as land, for we are made of the earth. so we in a "humbled" state before Yah, is indeed being in this land. and we are to "inherit" it. Where as we were once strangers, for it is not the 'norm" for flesh to be "humble" but just the opposite, "puffed up".)

    Egypt in Hebrew means "double straits" >
    H4713 yrIc.mi Mitsriy {mits-ree'} ¤ Egyptian = see Egypte "double straits"
    Looking at the root word:
    H4712 rc;me metsar {may-tsar'} ¤ from 06896; ¤ AV: pain 1) straits, distress

    This is what Yah brings us up out of. Each and every one of us. But it is by His hand, a mighty hand that this comes about.

    Exodus 6:5 And I have also heard the groaning of the children of Israel, whom the Egyptians keep in bondage; and I have remembered my covenant.7 And I will take you to me for a people, and I will be to you a God: and ye shall know that I am YAH your God, which bringeth you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians.
    6 wherefore say unto the children of Israel, I am YAH, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a stretched out arm, and with great judgments:

    9) And Moses spake so unto the children of Israel: but they hearkened not unto Moses for anguish of spirit, and for cruel bondage.

    Now Moses means; >
    H4871 hv'm' mashah {maw-shaw'} ¤ a primitive root;
    1) to draw

    Now .. Yahshua (which is "The Word" which is "Yahs salvation") says;
    "No one can come unto the father lest they be called".
    In song of Solomon, we are the bride. And the bride says;
    "draw me, and WE shall run after THEE"
    Under the kings law, a wife could not approach unto the king unless she had been called. and if she did, and found no favor in the kings eyes, the penalty could mean death. Now... all of this "could" sound cruel or harsh. But it is through the law of Moses that we are able to "see" things or be "drawn" unto things that we could not otherwise. Again... each carnal law, has an "inner" or spiritual resurrection.
    Like the command to pray toward the east. Goes into us a carnal command, but "in us", it means to pray toward the rising of the sun/son = WORD. When we pray according to the will of Yah, or according to His Word, we are drawn unto Him.
    When we pray according to our flesh, we may bring upon us His wrath.

    In other words; we can pray and ask Yah to keep a coveteous heart far from us like David did... (this would be praying toward the east; or toward the son (Yahs Word). Or, we can pray and ask for this house or car or husband or wife, etc. and when we get it, it often is vexing to our very soul, and causes hardship, because we prayed according to the flesh. (I have experienced this more then once.)

    People often shy away from the law of Moses due to "anguish of spirit and hard bondage". But unless one learns of the written laws, one cannot come to understand the "inner" purpose of them. The law of Moses is a tool, a "drawing tool" if you will. It is not the "end". It is not about the very "image" thereof, but a "shadow" of the good thing to come".

    Heb 8:4- For if he were on earth, he should not be a priest, seeing that there are priests that offer gifts according to the law:
    5 Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of Yah when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount.

    Hebrews 10:1 For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect.

    So here we are in the churches, but Yah speaks to us through the "law written on our hearts", and so we are drawn to a truth or a substance NOT given by the churches or religious leaders, and they in return put more "hardship" upon us and say we are evil etc. and we should be about "our work", instead of being "idle".

    And at first we feel like... "why"??? Why have I found myself out here all alone.

    And this is just the beginning.

    To be continued. (smile). If we did not do this in "parts" it would prove to be very long, and I fear no one would read it. (big smile)

    May Yah with us.
    Love,
    D'
