JN 16:29 His disciples said unto him, Lo, now speakest thou plainly, and speakest no proverb.
JN 16:30 Now are we sure that thou knowest all things, and needest not that any man should ask thee: by this we believe that thou camest forth from God.
JN 16:31 Jesus answered them, Do ye now believe?
JN 16:32 Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me.
JN 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
_______
What did YH’SHWH overcome?
(This is what I believe.)
YH’SHWH is GOD.
As GOD, here on earth, HE is a SINLESS human, but not the perfect SACRIFICE.
As GOD, HE denied HIMSELF (HIS ALMIGHTY POWER) and
As a human submitted to HIS SPIRIT making HIM a SINLESS HUMAN.
YH’SHWH never stopped BEING GOD, HE stopped HIMSELF from “fruiting” GOD.
HE became a human submitted to HIS SPIRIT
and did all things, here on earth, as a human submitted to HIS SPIRIT.
Even though, as GOD, HE is SINLESS,
In denying HIMSELF (HIS POWER) and submitting to HIS SPIRIT, HE became a SINLESS HUMAN.
In this way, HE overcame this world and became
The PERFECT SACRIFICE.
