  • Moshiach has come

    I go this from an orthodox- funny i deem it to be how it already fits

    By Anonymous ben Kolonymous (who else?)

    T'was the night of the Geulah, -- And in every single Shtiebel
    Sounds of Torah could be heard -- Coming from every kind of Yeedel.
    This one in English, -- Some in Hebrew, some in Yiddish.
    Some saying P'shat -- And some saying a Chiddish.
    And up in Shamayim--The Aibishter decreed:
    "The time has come -- For My children to be freed.
    "Rouse the Moshiach -- From his heavenly berth.
    Have him get in his chariot, -- And head down to earth.
    "The Moshiach got dressed -- And with a heart full of glee,
    Went down to earth and entered -- the first Shtiebel he did see.
    "I am the Moshiach! -- Hashem has heard your plea!
    Your Geulah has come! -- It's time to go free!
    "They all stopped their learning; -- This was quite a surprise.
    And they look at him carefully, -- With piercing sharp eyes
    "He's not the Moshiach!" -- Said one with a grin,
    "Just look at his hat, -- At the pinches and brim!"
    "That's right!" cried another -- With a grimace and frown,
    "Whoever heard of Moshiach, -- With a brim that's turned down?"
    "Well," thought Moshiach, -- "If this is the rule,
    I'll turn my brim up -- Before I go to the next shul."

    So he walked right on over -- To the next shul in town.
    Sure to be accepted, -- Since his brim was no longer down.
    "I'm, the Moshiach!" he cried, -- As he began to enter
    But the Jews wanted to know first -- If he was Left Right or Center
    "Your clothes are so black!" -- They cried out in fright.
    "You can't be Moshiach--You're much too far right!"
    "If you want to be Moshiach, -- You must be properly outfitted.
    "So they replaced his black hat -- With a Kippah that was knitted.
    Wearing his new Kippah, -- Moshiach went out and said:
    "No difference to me -- What I wear on my head.
    "So he went to the next shul, -- For his mission was dear.
    But he was getting frustrated -- With the Yidden down hear.
    "I'm the Moshiach!" he cried, -- And they all stopped to stare,
    And a complete eerie stillness -- Filled up the air.
    "You're the Moshiach?! -- Just imagine that!
    Whoever heard of Moshiach -- Without a black hat?"
    "But I do have a hat!" -- The Moshiach then said.
    So he pulled it right out -- And plunked it down on his head.
    Then the shul started laughing, -- And one said " Where's your kop?
    You can't have Moshiach -- With a brim that's turned up!
    If you want to be Moshiach -- And be accepted in this town,
    "Put some pinches in your hat -- And turn that brim down!"
    Moshiach walked out and said: -- "I guess my time hasn't come.
    I'll just return -- To where I came from.
    "So he went to his chariot, -- But as he began to enter,
    All sorts of Jews appeared -- From the Left, Right, and Center.
    "Please wait - do not leave. -- It's all their fault!" they said,
    And they pointed to each other -- And to what was on each other's head.
    Moshiach just looked sad -- And said, " You don't understand."
    And then started up his chariot -- To get out of this land.
    "Yes, it's very wonderful -- That you all learn Torah,
    But you seem to have forgotten -- A crucial part of our Mesorah.
    "What does he mean?" -- "What's he talking about?"
    And they all looked bewildered, -- And they all began to shout.
    Moshiach looked back and answered, -- "The first place to start,
    Is to shut up your mouths -- And open your hearts.
    "To each of you, certain Yidden -- Seem too Frum or too Frei,
    But all Yidden are beloved -- in the Aibishter's eye."
    And on his way up he shouted: -- " If you want me to come,
    Try working a little harder -- On some Ahavat Chinam!"

    FUNNY THING- deem it NOT coincedense

    speaking with a frumer

    I have come to find out that he and his rabbi's teach and believe that there are two messiah's

    the first that is supposed to come out of Joseph (the father of messiah)
    and the second is supposed to come out of Judah (the father of messiah)

    He came and dressed as His people wanted him too- but still they did not recognize him so he left.
    Reminds me of something Ricoel said in the Word/law thread.

    I believe a friend will join shortly and share some insight about another idea of messiah. One that Thummim begun about messiah being goy- we'll see soon.
    I expect it.

      Tieing a red thread on a wrist?

      ...Antonio,

      ...I don't exacty believe that this {anointed} King will be "goy" {gentile}. As an inheritor of the Name of YaHudaH, he is purely JEWish. I suspect that he will have JEWish parents, but because of the mix in genes, will connect to Zerah in some way that YHWH only knows. He will be both gentile and JEW, and yet exceptable to all JEWs because of his parents. Because of his parentage, he can be born a JEW with a red arm. This would mark him as having a red thread tied to his wrist by YHWH. When you realize that there is no other path to filling the throne of David with a heir here on this earth of ours, a child with a red arm seem an ideal solution. No one can prove linage to David. But David must have a heir to set upon his throne. When you put a heir of Zerah, where Perez is in the line of YaHudaH, you come up with a father of all JEWs to set on the throne of David. Because YaHudaH is the tribe that YHWH links his Name to, {Deut. 12: 5} this {anointed one} can be a priest {they tend the Name of YHWH for which the temple is built} and by the name of Yahudah, he as well is a King upon the throne of David. That is three parts of what Isa. 9: 6, 7 say. This man must be GD {by Name} and priest {by Name and rite} and a father to all JEWs. He must as well bring peace. He must be wise enough to settle disputes between nations. His mantle as both gentile and JEW might aid him in this venture. It must be noted that "Jesus" never sat upon the throne of David. Neither did he bring peace {the absence of war} to YaHudaH. Neither can he be called a father to all JEWs. {unless you think that "Jesus" is GD, which I don't} It is the kingdom of David that he {our red armed heir} establishes if you read the following verses of text.

      XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

      6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

      7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, {upon the throne of David}, and {upon his kingdom}, to order it, and {to establish it} with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of YHWH of hosts will perform this. Isa. 9: 6

      XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

      ...How else can a King be father to all of the tribe of YaHudaH? In that the tribe of YaHudaH also gives birth to Israel, he is also father to all of Israel. {by Name} Israel is gathered into the Name of YaHudaH. {see Isa. 48: 1 and compare it to the verses of text that occur only 26 verses earlier in Isa. 46: 3, 4} Did the author of Isaiah loose his train of thought, or did he deliberately make both YHWH and YaHudaH give birth here to the same children?

          The vexing of the firstborn sets up the 38th chapter of Bereshith.

          Abel --> Seth

          Ishmael --> Isaac

          Esau --> Jacob {twins}

          Reuben --> Joseph

          Zerah <--?--> Pharez {twins}

          Manasseh --> Ephraim

          ...Also fitted into the story are admonitions not to marry a Canaanite. But YaHudaH does so anyhow. Er is the son of a Canaanite. Read Mal. 2: 11, 12 to see the pointing finger. He who owns the red thread has his rite. He takes the place of Pharez and becomes the father of all JEWs. We have a heir for the throne of David. Beresheth must be read like a novel of fiction to see its author set up his story.

          ...Have I missed any? The story of Joseph is split, suggesting that the 38th chapter of Beresheth was inserted. Remove this story and the 37th chapter would correctly run into the 39th chapter. It is a part of the setup that leads to "the one to whom it belongs" as Beresheth 49: 10 NIV states. We are staring at the author as he creates his work. Few people are allowed to do this. YaHudaH is to become the Name of GD that will fill the image of YHWH. The tree of life has to be the Name of YHWH, that is breathed into man. Because YHWH lives forever, he that {eats?} of this Name must also live forever.

                      Hi thummim, you say:

                      ...Also fitted into the story are admonitions not to marry a Canaanite. But YaHudaH does so anyhow. Er is the son of a Canaanite. Read Mal. 2: 11, 12 to see the pointing finger
                      .................................................................................................... .

                      Mal 2:11 Judah hath dealt treacherously, and an abomination is committed in Israel and in Jerusalem; for Judah hath profaned the holiness of YHWH which he loved, and hath married the daughter of a strange god.

                      Mal 2:12 The YHWH will cut off the man that doeth this, the master and the scholar, out of the tabernacles of Jacob, and him that offereth an offering unto the YHWH of hosts.

                      Truth is, I dont FULLY understand why the author says this. However, there was no regulation on him to not marry a canaanite. The same goes with Simeon- and no one ever speaks of him commiting a profanity.
                      I think there is a mystery behind this that YOU and I do not have a hold of as of yet.

                      We'll see soon, Y--H willing

                        The daughters of false god's

                        ...Anthony,

                        1 Now when Ezra had prayed, and when he had confessed, weeping and casting himself down before the house of God, there assembled unto him out of Israel a very great congregation of men and women and children: for the people wept very sore.

                        2 And Shechaniah the son of Jehiel, one of the sons of Elam, answered and said unto Ezra, We have trespassed against our God, and have taken strange wives of the people of the land: yet now there is hope in Israel concerning this thing.

                        3 Now therefore let us make a covenant with our God to put away all the wives, and such as are born of them, according to the counsel of my lord, and of those that tremble at the commandment of our God; and let it be done according to the law. Ezra 10: 1 - 3

                        XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

                        ...Here is a little more that suggests that there is a standard to be met in not taking the daughters of another faith {or peoples} to wed.

                        XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

                        11 Observe thou that which I command thee this day: behold, I drive out before thee the Amorite, and the Canaanite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, and the Hivite, and the Jebusite.

                        12 Take heed to thyself, lest thou make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land whither thou goest, lest it be for a snare in the midst of thee:

                        13 But ye shall destroy their altars, break their images, and cut down their groves:

                        14 For thou shalt worship no other god: for YHWH, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God:

                        15 Lest thou make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, and they go a whoring after their gods, and do sacrifice unto their gods, and one call thee, and thou eat of his sacrifice;

                        16 And thou take of their daughters unto thy sons, and their daughters go a whoring after their gods, and make thy sons go a whoring after their gods. Ex. 34: 11 - 16

                        XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

                        ...Now we have a threefold cord when we include Mal. 2: 11, 12. Again the 38th chapter of Beresheth {Genesis} is a setup. The second born has the rite of the firstborn tied to his wrist. Pharez is clearly the firstborn. Until a breach occurs, {"this breach be upon thee", Gen. 38: 29} the rite of the firstborn cannot be transferred. But forgetting the Name of GD is sufficient to merit this transfer. {see Ps. 44: 20, 21 KJV, vs. 21, 22 JSP} In mentioning the potter {see I Chr. 4: 23} in the house of YHWH, Zechariah concurs with me. {see Zech. 11: 13} Giving thirty pieces of silver to the priests {the price of Tamars being consecrated to the Name of YHWH}, speaks of breaking the union between the tribe of YaHudaH, and the rest of the tribes. {the effect of redeeming Tamar from the Name of YHWH would leave only an incestuous relation ship at YaHudaH's root} It is not that hard to figure it out. There is no other mystery to figure out.

                        XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

                        2 And Abraham said unto his eldest servant of his house, that ruled over all that he had, Put, I pray thee, thy hand under my thigh:

                        3 And I will make thee {swear by YHWH}, the God of heaven, and the God of the earth, that thou shalt not take a wife unto my son of the daughters of the Canaanites, among whom I dwell: Gen. 24: 2,3

                        XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

                        1 And Isaac called Jacob, and blessed him, and charged him, and said unto him, Thou shalt not take a wife of the daughters of Canaan. Gen. 28: 1

                        XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

                        ...Two consecutive generations relate this desire. If this story were fiction, it would be easy to see the author setting up the 38th chapter of Genesis.

                        ...There is no other path to find a heir for Davids throne. No one can prove their ancestry decends from David. Not even "Jesus" by the chronologies listed in the NT. Who will believe anybody claiming to be "Jesus", Yeshua or Yehoshua? I wouldn't. But a red arm is obvious. Should such a child be born to the JEWish people, it would be good enough for me. There simply can be no other proven path to David's throne.

                        ....Michael
