Hi Everyone,
Blessings to you through Messiah Yahushua, My YAHWEH and My ELOHIM!
Shabbat Shalom and Happy High Sabbath Day!
Hyssop is in the process of updating the forums both Tzaddikim and Lo Ammi. As a result, I was able to sign up as a new member on an old copy of Lo Ammi. When a member creates a New Thread, every time they post to their own thread an option exists at the very bottom of the new post window to close the thread. If you check the close thread box there, then the thread is closed, and the only person that can then reopen the thread is a moderator.
A number of years ago, someone was able to make themselves a moderator on Lo Ammi. All moderator activity is tracked on Lo Ammi. There is a record of every action taken by each moderator so whenever we act, our action is noted and dated. When we set up Lo Ammi, we chose not track member activity because of the amount of data that would be required to keep track of every action of every member. So it is possible that someone could acquire a member's password and then close that members thread or take any other action allowed for members.
Presently, I am not aware of any other way a thread can be closed.
Hope this has been helpful, I am,
Sincerely, Latuwr
