Why seek the living among the dead?

“Babylon” is a deceptive tongue….one that CONFUSES people… and leads them away from having love for one another and into the divisions, envy and strife of men.

Revelation 18:23-24 KJV
(23) And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.

In her is found the blood of the prophets and of saints and all of those who are slain upon the earth. She wrests the Scriptures and leads many astray from having love for one another…as MANY perish from off this earth because of her.

(24) And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.[/I]

Many men use her to become rich as they lead MANY astray into the destruction of the flesh. They have committed “fornication” with their tongues as they preach deceptively….confusing their hearers who are like sheep led to the slaughter.

Revelation 18:3 KJV
(3) For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.

The “rich men” of the churches have “condemned and killed the just” ….and they do not resist them. It has been a “day of slaughter” in the churches as MANY have been “sacrificed” in the “fire” because of their teachings.

James 5:1-6 KJV
(1) Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you.
(2) Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten.
(3) Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days.
(4) Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of sabaoth.
(5) Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter.
(6) Ye have condemned and killed the just; and he doth not resist you.

They lie in wait for “blood” as they lurk covertly for the innocent without cause. They take away those without understanding with “fair speeches and goodly words” which confuse the simple of heart.

Proverbs 1:10-19 KJV
(10) My son, if sinners entice thee, consent thou not.
(11) If they say, Come with us, let us lay wait for blood, let us lurk privily for the innocent without cause:

They lead MANY astray as they swallow up their hearers alive as the grave and whole as those that go down into the pit. They are sitting in the company of the “dead” without knowing it as they perish along with them.

(12) Let us swallow them up alive as the grave; and whole, as those that go down into the pit:

And they do these things for their covetousness....the abomination of desolation …as they fill their houses with the spoil.

(13) We shall find all precious substance, we shall fill our houses with spoil:
(14) Cast in thy lot among us; let us all have one purse:
(15) My son, walk not thou in the way with them; refrain thy foot from their path:

They shed “blood” for they prevent the life of Jesus from ever appearing in the mortal flesh of their hearers as many go down the path to the destruction of the flesh so that their spirit is saved.

(16) For their feet run to evil, and make haste to shed blood.
(17) Surely in vain the net is spread in the sight of any bird.

But those who defile the temple of God with their teachings for “filthy lucre” shall be destroyed also. Greed takes away the life of the owners also.

(18) And they lay wait for their own blood; they lurk privily for their own lives.
(19) So are the ways of every one that is greedy of gain; which taketh away the life of the owners thereof.

They have all gone out of the way….there is NONE that does good.

Romans 3:10-18 KJV
(10) As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
(11) There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.
(12) They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

Their throat is an open tomb as they use their tongues (BABYLON) for deceit.

(13) Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips:
(14) Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness:

They “shed blood” because they lead MANY astray from having love for one another and prevent the life of Jesus from appearing in the flesh of their hearers as they perish away to the grave.

(15) Their feet are swift to shed blood:
(16) Destruction and misery are in their ways:
(17) And the way of peace have they not known:
(18) There is no fear of God before their eyes.

Why seek the living among those who are “dead”? The body of the Lord Jesus is not found in their mouths….the open tomb. His life has not been manifested in any flesh that sit with those who deceive them as they are all perishing.

Luke 24:2-9 KJV
(2) And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre.
(3) And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus.

The “two men” are the law and the prophets we are to fulfill so that His life shall appear in our mortal flesh in the here and now.

(4) And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments:
(5) And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead?
(6) He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee,

The “Son of man” was to be delivered into the hands of sinful men and be crucified. The “Son of man” ….the life of Jesus…has been prevented from being manifested in the hearers of those who lead them astray. The life of Jesus has not been able to manifest in their mortal flesh….because of the “hands” of sinful men who preach things that ought not be for money and have “shed blood” as a result.

(7) Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.

But we are to REMEMBER His words….and go away from the tomb of men’s mouths.

(8) And they remembered his words,
(9) And returned from the sepulchre, and told all these things unto the eleven, and to all the rest.

Saul = Sheol

The mouth of men can be an open grave….one in which their hearers are “swallowed alive” and go down to the grave…..to the destruction of the flesh.

Proverbs 1:11-12 KJV
(11) If they say, Come with us, let us lay wait for blood, let us lurk privily for the innocent without cause:
(12) Let us swallow them up alive as the grave; and whole, as those that go down into the pit:

They are as “graves” which appear not….and MANY walk that walk over them are not AWARE of them.

Luke 11:43-44 KJV
(43) Woe unto you, Pharisees! for ye love the uppermost seats in the synagogues, and greetings in the markets.
(44) Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are as graves which appear not, and the men that walk over them are not aware of them.

“Saul” is spelled the same as “SHEOL” in Hebrew . There is difference in the pronunciation….but nevertheless, there is a word play going on with “Saul” and “Sheol”. “Sheol”…the mouth of men who preach things that destroy the flesh of the hearers…. have shut up MANY in “prison”.

They have been taken captive by the teachings and commandments of men…..and they are being put to death….being led straight to the grave….Sheol. Men are doing things contrary to the name of Jesus of Nazareth as they claim they know Him but DENY Him by their abominable works.

Acts 26:9-13 KJV
(9) I verily thought with myself, that I ought to do many things contrary to the name of Jesus of Nazareth.
(10) Which thing I also did in Jerusalem: and many of the saints did I shut up in prison, having received authority from the chief priests; and when they were put to death, I gave my voice against them.

They are being “punished” in EVERY “synagogue”…that is, EVERY ASSEMBLY. No “church” is exempt….all denominations are being persecuted by those who are in authority over them in their churches. They are being compelled to “blaspheme” by the teachings of men in high places.

(11) And I punished them oft in every synagogue, and compelled them to blaspheme; and being exceedingly mad against them, I persecuted them even unto strange cities.
(12) Whereupon as I went to Damascus with authority and commission from the chief priests,

But as Saul was shown the Light, the knowledge of our Lord and His ABUNDANT GRACE are also shown to those who will hear.

(13) At midday, O king, I saw in the way a light from heaven, above the brightness of the sun, shining round about me and them which journeyed with me.

Men are doing these things in their IGNORANCE of the knowledge of the Truth…..and they are to obtain MERCY. The GRACE of our Lord is “exceedingly abundant”. We are to hear and receive His words WITHOUT contradiction and wrath. We share in the same abundant grace that was shown to Saul/Paul.

1 Timothy 1:12-17 KJV
(12) And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who hath enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry;
(13) Who was before a blasphemer, and a persecutor, and injurious: but I obtained mercy, because I did it ignorantly in unbelief.
(14) And the grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.

Christ Jesus came into the world to save SINNERS….even those “chief” of sinners who persecute the church with their teachings and lead MANY to their death.

(15) This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.
(16) Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might shew forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting.
(17) Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen.

Saul was NOT DISOBEDIENT unto the “heavenly vision”…but was faithful. He did not seek to justify himself and argue with the things told him.

Acts 26:19 KJV
(19) Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision:

We are to renounce the hidden things of dishonesty…..

2 Corinthians 4:1-7 KJV
(1) Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not;
(2) But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.
(3) But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:

Let us see the LIGHT of the glorious good news of Christ…..

(4) In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

….and stop preaching ourselves for UNJUST gain. We are to preach only Christ Jesus the Lord who is the Light that shines out of the darkness of our hearts.

(5) For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake.
(6) For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
(7) But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.


Jehovah delivers us from the "hand of Saul"....from the "grave" ...from the false prophets....from the hand of all of our enemies....

Psalms 18:1-2 KJV
(1) To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David, the servant of the LORD, who spake unto the LORD the words of this song in the day that the LORD delivered him from the hand of all his enemies, and from the hand of Saul: And he said, I will love thee, O LORD, my strength.
(2) The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.

He delivers us from "Saul"...from those who hate us. We are not to be "disobedient" to the Light....but be "upright" BEFORE HIM.

Psalms 18:16-27 KJV
(16) He sent from above, he took me, he drew me out of many waters.
(17) He delivered me from my strong enemy, and from them which hated me: for they were too strong for me.
(18) They prevented me in the day of my calamity: but the LORD was my stay.
(19) He brought me forth also into a large place; he delivered me, because he delighted in me.
(20) The LORD rewarded me according to my righteousness; according to the cleanness of my hands hath he recompensed me.
(21) For I have kept the ways of the LORD, and have not wickedly departed from my God.
(22) For all his judgments were before me, and I did not put away his statutes from me.
(23) I was also upright before him, and I kept myself from mine iniquity.
(24) Therefore hath the LORD recompensed me according to my righteousness, according to the cleanness of my hands in his eyesight.

He will show MERCYto those who will not be disobedient unto the Light....

(25) With the merciful thou wilt shew thyself merciful; with an upright man thou wilt shew thyself upright;
(26) With the pure thou wilt shew thyself pure; and with the froward thou wilt shew thyself froward.
(27) For thou wilt save the afflicted people; but wilt bring down high looks.

Losing our lives to save them....

We are to “see the Light” and come to the Light so that our deeds may be made manifest. We are to DO the Truth…doing well. We are to receive His knowledge….receive the love of the Truth…. in thankfulness and praise of Him. Our deeds…our well doing towards the hearing of the Truth… shall be MANIFEST in our mortal flesh as we are to be transformed by the renewing of our minds.

John 3:19-21 KJV
(19) And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
(20) For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
(21) But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

The traditions of our church fathers do NOT “save” us but are destroying our mortal flesh as MANY perish away to the grave. Their things are the fruit of the tilling of the ground. We are perishing with the works of darkness…..the doctrines and commandments of fleshly-minded men which only promote envy and strife among us.

We are to hear His words and NOT sin in our wrath…speaking evil of the Word of Truth. If we “do well”, then we shall be accepted. But if we do not well, then sin lies at the door of the MOUTH. Evil speaking will want to come out of the heart that is full of wrath….but we are to OVER COME and not speak out in wrath. The wrath of man works not the righteousness of God.

Genesis 4:5-7 KJV
(5) But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell.
(6) And the LORD said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? and why is thy countenance fallen?
(7) If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.

“Cain”…meaning “spear”…. let sin rule over him as he slew his brother. We are not to “slay” our brothers who will preach the Truth to them with the “spear” of the tongue. “Abel” which means “emptiness , vanity” was slain by Cain who thought of Abel and what he had to say as such.

Genesis 4:8-9 KJV
(8) And Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him.
(9) And the LORD said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my brother's keeper?

Cain was angry with his brother without cause….and thought of him as a “fool”. He was angry first…without speaking yet. But then he spoke out against him…slaying him with a “spear”. Many shall follow his course of action (pernicious ways) when they will hear the preaching of the Word in Truth and sincerity. They will think of their brothers as “fools” and will disregard the covenant to have love for their brothers and will rise up to “kill” them with the “spear” of their tongues. “Am I my brother’s keeper”? the answer is yes ….as we are to treat the blood of the covenant as HOLY and not a common thing!

Matthew 5:21-24 KJV
(21) Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment:
(22) But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.

Cain’s offering was not respected.

(23) Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee;
(24) Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.

We are to count all of the things of our father’s “religion” (which we counted as gain) as a LOSS for Christ. Whoever shall “lose” his “life”, shall save it.

Philippians 3:6-9 KJV
(6) Concerning zeal, persecuting the church; touching the righteousness which is in the law, blameless.
(7) But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ.

Whoever shall “lose” his life, shall save it…..as we lose ALL THINGS in our former man-centered religion ways and thoughts for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus our Lord. We are to count them as “dung”. Paul uses a very strong Greek word here to describe his former religious things.

(8) Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,
(9) And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:

Even though we may have “persecuted” the church by being zealous for the church fathers’ traditions, our God calls us out of Babylon….out of our “mother’s womb”. By His grace are we called out from among them so that the Son may be revealed in us. We are taught by the disclosure of Jesus Christ and not by flesh and blood men. We are to count our fathers' religion as "dung" in order to receive the disclosure of Jesus Christ....the excellency of His knowledge.

Galatians 1:11-16 KJV
(11) But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.
(12) For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.
(13) For ye have heard of my conversation in time past in the Jews' religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the church of God, and wasted it:
(14) And profited in the Jews' religion above many my equals in mine own nation, being more exceedingly zealous of the traditions of my fathers.

The life of the Son shall appear in our mortal flesh….as He will reveal His Son in us…so that we may preach Him among the nations of this world. We are called out of Babylon by His GRACE. He is merciful and gives us His knowledge so that we may escape from those who are living in error.

(15) But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace,
(16) To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:

We shall shine as “lights in the world” by holding forth the Word of Life. His life shall be manifest in our own flesh…and the world shall see His glory…as we continue to live in the here and now by the manifest power of God.

Philippians 2:14-16 KJV
(14) Do all things without murmurings and disputings:
(15) That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;
(16) Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.

We are to be transformed by the renewing of our minds so that His life shall be made manifest in our mortal bodies….by which we shall PROVE to the outside world what is the good and acceptable and the completion of the will of God.

If we DO the will of God (knowing Him = eternal life), the life of Jesus shall appear in our mortal bodies. We shall display “eternal life” to this world…and they shall behold His glory in us.

Romans 12:2 KJV
(2) And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

The life of Jesus shall be made manifest in our flesh….the Word made flesh…and the world shall behold His glory. But we are to hear and die to sin…dying to the “religious” life we once lived.

John 12:23-26 KJV
(23) And Jesus answered them, saying, The hour is come, that the Son of man should be glorified.
(24) Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.

If we die to our religious life….man’s carnal “religious” thoughts and ways, then we shall keep it unto “life eternal” in the here and now. We will not perish away to the grave. He that shall hate his life in THIS WORLD shall keep it unto life eternal in THIS WORLD...for He did not pray to take us out of this world but to keep us from its evil.

(25) He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal.

We are to “serve” Him with the respect and honor due Him…and we are to follow Him outside the camp of religious-sounding men.

(26) If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.

If we hear His voice today teaching us, we are to put off the former behavior of the old man who is being decayed by deceitful lusts. Religious-sounding man’s religions are rife with envying and strife as they perish in their deceitful lusts.

Ephesians 4:21-32 KJV
(21) If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus:
(22) That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;

We are to hear and be RENEWED in the spirit of our minds.

(23) And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;

We are to put on the “new”…the young…the image of Christ …who is created in righteousness and true holiness. We are to be transformed into His image….in the here and now.

(24) And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
(25) Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.

Remember Cain who was full of wrath. We are to do well and be accepted. Let not sin rule over our mouths....for it desires to have us.

(26) Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:
(27) Neither give place to the devil.

Handling the Word of God deceitfully for unjust gain does NOT profit any one…but only brings destruction of the flesh. We are to renounce the hidden things of dishonesty.

(28) Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.
(29) Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
(30) And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
(31) Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:
(32) And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.


When we hear the revelation of Jesus, we are to no longer walk with those who walk in the vanity of their own minds. They are alienated from the LIFE of God. They will fight against the Word of Truth as they give themselves to work all uncleanness with greediness. They will be obstinate and disobedient toward what they will hear....but we are NOT to join along with them in their "pernicious ways".

Ephesians 4:17-20 KJV
(17) This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind,
(18) Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart:
(19) Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.
(20) But ye have not so learned Christ;

We are to gird up the "loin" of our minds and be sober...and not be "drunk" in the wine of WRATH at the hearing of the revelation of Jesus Christ...His disclosure of the words of life and spirit...and not behave according to the envy and strife we once behaved in in our ignorance of His knowledge. Remember Cain. We are to be holy as He is holy.

1 Peter 1:13-18 KJV
(13) Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;
(14) As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:
(15) But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;
(16) Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.
(17) And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man's work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear:
(18) Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;

Be not brawlers against those who will preach the Word of Truth to them....but show meekness unto all men.

Titus 3:1-11 KJV
(1) Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work,
(2) To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men.

For we once in our ignorance were living to the lusts of men in the high places of the churches who are living in malice, envy and hating of one another.

(3) For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.
(4) But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared,

Our "works" of so-called righteousness which we have done do not save us....but by His MERCY does He saves us from those who are living in error. We are made clean the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit which teaches all things of our Savior Jesus Christ.

(5) Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;
(6) Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour;
(7) That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
(8) This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men.

But we are to avoid all foolish questions and contentions and striving about the law.

(9) But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain.
(10) A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject;
(11) Knowing that he that is such is subverted, and sinneth, being condemned of himself.

Remember NAAMAN who had "leprosy". He heard the Word of Truth from Elisha but initially had a foolish question and contentions.

2 Kings 5:9-14 KJV
(9) So Naaman came with his horses and with his chariot, and stood at the door of the house of Elisha.
(10) And Elisha sent a messenger unto him, saying, Go and wash in Jordan seven times, and thy flesh shall come again to thee, and thou shalt be clean.

Naaman was "wroth" and went away....being contentious. He went off in a RAGE. .

(11) But Naaman was wroth, and went away, and said, Behold, I thought, He will surely come out to me, and stand, and call on the name of the LORD his God, and strike his hand over the place, and recover the leper.

He strived about the rivers of Damascus. The teachings ...the swift "rivers"....of our church fathers do not redeem us for we are quickly removed from this earth by listening to them. "Abana" means "stone building". They build upon the foundation of Jesus works of gold, silver and precious stones. But it is WE that are the "building"...WE are the temple of God. Our "works of righteousness" do not save us but according to his mercy HE saves us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost. Thank you for the welcome!

I’m thinking that the “washing” of regeneration is the Word ….that we are to believe in….as spoken through the Spirit to our ears. Religious-sounding men handle the Word of God deceitfully for unjust gain and lead many astray….to the perishing of their mortal bodies and eventually go to the grave.

But there are brothers who are SENT by Him to speak His Word in spirit and Truth to those who have been led astray. They may seem like “strangers” to the ears of many who are born after the wisdom of men who wrest the Scriptures to their own destruction. But we are to “entertain strangers”….for they may be “messengers of God”...those who speak His Word through the Spirit. We are to let “brotherly love” continue.

If we speak out in wrath and evil of what we hear, then we may not recognize the Lord who comes to speak to us through the Spirit in them.

Luke 10:16 KJV
(16) He that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me; and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me.

Will we be “ready” for His voice when we hear it? Will we recognize His voice? Will the “son of peace” be found in those who will hear?

Will their peace find a place to “rest” …..like Noah sending out the dove to see if the “waters” have abated off the earth. Will we find that the waters of strife have abated or will we find man full of wrath at what he hears because he will not believe in it?

We are to “entertain strangers”……as Abraham prepared a meal for the messengers of God who came to his tent. We are to be hospitable to them...which is like a "meal" or a cup of "cold water".

The word “regeneration” in the Greek (paliggenesia) literally means “rebirth”. We are to be “born again”….or rather, born from above. To be “born from above” means to hear what the Spirit is saying to our ears…..for the words of life and spirit that are spoken to our ears are above our very own thoughts of our hearts.

He sends out His “disciples”…His learners…to preach through the Spirit to His people….and we are to be “born again” not of the corruptible teachings of men but of the incorruptible…by the Word of God.

(22) Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:

We are to be born from above….what we hear with the ears: the words of life and spirit….which pull down every imagination and high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God and brings into captivity every THOUGHT to the obedience of Christ. His ways and thoughts are higher than our own.

As Jesus said, we are “clean” through the Word which He speaks. His words are life and spirit in which we are to hear and believe in.

Again, we are cleansed with the “washing of water by the Word” which we are to hear with our ears and believe in our hearts and are “reborn”.

Rather than being “drunk” with the wine of wrath and evil speaking against what we hear, we are to be FILLED with the Spirit…hearing, RECEIVING and believing in what the Spirit is saying.

Some will obviously speak out in wrath of what they will hear in their unbelief as they strive about the law….behaving in contention….defending their doctrines and commandments of men. These will turn away from His voice and reject what is said. They will not hear any further the mysteries being revealed because of their unbelief.

Rather than speaking out in evil….we are to speak to ourselves…making melody in our hearts to the Lord….giving thanks unto Him for what we hear.

(20) Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;

Naaman initially was full of wrath when Elisha instructed him to go dip himself in the Jordan 7 times and become clean.

But Naaman had another thought of what should bring salvation and argued about it. He exalted his own thoughts and ways. But why contradict and be full of wrath towards the hearing of the Truth? He was warned only once and OVERCAME.

Naaman “went down”….he HUMBLED himself….he OVERCAME.

He dipped himself 7 times in the “Jordan”….the “descender”. He was filled with what the Spirit was saying….being immersed completely in it.

Hear what the Spirit is saying…..7 times. We are to OVERCOME our own unbelief….overcoming our wrath… overcoming our own thoughts and ways….we are to overcome the ways of this world which behaves in envy and strife. We are to OVERCOME in order to receive the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven….having our minds being opened to the Scriptures so that we may correctly understand them.

And then see what follows in the next verse after we OVERCOME……the “door” was opened in heaven…which is the MOUTH that speaks what the Spirit is saying. The “heaven” is the air in which words travel. If we can OVERCOME, then the Spirit of Truth shall show us things to come if we hear and RECEIVE it in faith. We have to overcome or we will not listen any further to those who are speaking what the Spirit is saying. Many will not overcome and will turn away from Him who speaks from heaven through His messengers.

When we hear and do not belief, then we turn away from that speaker and will not continue to hear the mysteries of the kingdom being revealed. Believing in the one whom He sends is the “work of God”.

If we do His commandments….having love for one another, then we may have right to the tree of life. He sends His “angel”…His messenger….which are His disciples…men….to the churches to speak these things.

And those who hear are to be inviting to His messengers....giving them a cup of "cold water" so to speak for they "thirst" for a welcoming response.

But there will be those who will add the wine of wrath (drunkenness) to those who “thirst” for a nice response…one without wrath and contention.

There will be those who will disesteem what is said.

The Lord will open up our minds so that we may understand the Scriptures. Jesus will speak “better things” for He will interpret the words of all of the prophets and apostles.

These words are spoken through the Spirit by His messengers whom He will send. These words are the “angels”. The Son of man comes with His holy angels….the words of just men made perfect. The “spirits” are the breaths of just men made complete….for the words of the holy men of the Scriptures shall be transformed from their earthly image into the heavenly….and we are transformed by hearing and believing in them.

Hebrews 12:22-29 KJV
(22) But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,
(23) To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,

Their words as transformed by the Spirit if from heaven…and we are not to refuse Him that speaks.

We are to hear….receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved….and have GRACE….serving God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. Some men will hear and behave badly towards the words of just men made complete. They will rebel against His voice. But blessed are those who will DO His commandments so that they might enter into the “city”.

(28) Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:

Living By Every Word!

Most assuredly My Messiah did say that HIS Disciples were kept clean through HIS spoken word:
John 15:3
3 Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.
The spoken word is shaped or formed sound. This spoken word can be likened unto spirit. This formed sound enters into us through our ears. Of course, hearing the spoken word by itself proves nothing. We are not kept clean through just hearing the word (see Romans 2:13); rather, we are kept clean through doing the word, that is, by engaging in the activity required by the word which we hear. This required activity is the fruit of the word that is sown in our hearts.
When the spoken word is written down, the spoken word is given a body or substance, that is, the spoken word is given a physical existence that can be seen or observed. So, when we act according to the spoken word of ELOHIM, we prove that we are a part of HIS physical existence, that is, HIS physical body which is seen and abides forever.
My Messiah Yahushua is the spoken word. This spoken word was given a restored physical body through the Resurrection. Of course, Messiah's physical body is now the whole physical universe. Thus, the Resurrection is a restoration or rebirth of YAHWEH ELOHIM to exactly what HE was before the rebellion of HaSatan, and this beginning again or this being born again, as you make mention, is both according to the spoken and written down word of YAHWEH ELOHIM.
True Believers experience being born again right now in this our present physical life so that we can experience what it takes to abide or remain forever. This abiding in the flesh takes faith in our Messiah Yahushua without which we cannot remain.
My Messiah stated that HE HIMSELF was the Son of the Man. I am a part of the Man, and you may very well be also. I have read most of what you have written here, and I appreciate how you express yourself, and I am seeking to further understand your point of view.
Have you considered that the Man lives by every word of YAHWEH ELOHIM (Deuteronomy 8:3)? Of course, the counterfeit of this Man that lives by every word is the Man of Sin.

THE OBJECT here is to 'rightly divide the word of God' and this word of the OT has many contradictions.

The Apostle John, whom we both believe is still alive on this earth, John stated that Our Messiah Yahushua is the Word. This means that Yahushua is also the Law because the Word cannot deny itself, and the Word is incomplete without the Law because My Messiah both spoke and wrote the Ten Words of the Law from Mt. Sinai.
This Word was manifested in the flesh under the Law (see Galatians 4:4), that is, the Word became a man born under the Law who in the flesh lived according to that Law. How is it that you claim that the Word can deny or repudiate itself? It is true that the Word can add to itself. The existence of the New Commandment shows this to be true. Even so, the New Commandment by Law cannot add to the Law so as to take anything away from the Law.
The Law clearly commands that the Sabbath Day should be remembered. Why do you think that the New Commandment instructs you to forget the Sabbath Day to keep it holy just like the majority of confused Christians of this world?

I don't observe a legalist sabbath saturdays nor sundays that former dead USA false preachers have suggested I obey.

My Messiah Yahushua instructed that a man picking up sticks on the Sabbath Day should be executed. Why should My Messiah change HIS decree on that issue? What is the difference between you and that man who picked up sticks? You yourself or those who work for you cut flowers and make arrangements on the Sabbath Day to sell them on the Sabbath Day.

For the final say always seek the Holy Spirit not man.
the holy Advice of acts 15 now sweeps away the continuation of the law of Moses to the jews - when related to the gentile believers.

To suggest otherwise is in direct contradiction to divine advice.

Entering The Rest Of Messiah Yahushua!

Blessings to you through Messiah Yahushua, My YAHWEH and My ELOHIM!
The only way an individual can enter into the rest of Messiah Yahushua is through HIS faith, that is, HIS belief that all of mankind have died with HIM on HIS Cross.
If Lucy, the sinner, died with Messiah through the unity with HIM that takes place or occurs through the spiritual fulfillment of the Law, then like Messiah, Lucy must be taken down from the Cross and be given a proper burial.
Of course, this takes place totally by faith, but our removal from the Cross and our burial is symbolized by water baptism. The dead sinner consents to being buried in water, and water, we should know, is a symbol for the Word of ELOHIM. No one should be baptized unless they have made the good confession that Messiah Yahushua is their sacrifice required by the Law, and that they have become one with HIM in that very sacrifice. Your immersion in water is a public demonstration that you, the dead sinner, are now under the complete control of the Word of ELOHIM, and your arising from the water is a public demonstration that you have entered into the newness of life which is found in the resurrected Messiah Yahushua.
So, Lucy, your spiritual death, your spiritual burial, and your spiritual resurrection, these all take place according to the Word of ELOHIM, and it is only through one's spiritual resurrection that anyone can claim to have entered into the Rest of YAHWEH ELOHIM.
Now, if I may be so bold to ask you concerning your faith, do you yourself believe that Lucy, the Sabbath Breaker, died with Messiah on HIS Cross? Do you believe that Lucy, the dead sinner, was then immersed in the Word of ELOHIM, and having been immersed in the Word, did you arise to the newness of life contained in the resurrected Messiah Yahushua.
I submit to you that the Sabbath Breaker did indeed die with Messiah, and the Sabbath Breaker has repented of that sin through immersion in the Word. What is it that then arises from the dead? Does the Sabbath Breaker arise? Absolutely not! It is the Sabbath Keeper that arises, and it is the Sabbath Keeper that enters into the Rest of Messiah Yahushua.
It is impossible to enter into HIS rest from sin without repentance.

The Blessing Of Abraham!

Hi Everyone,
Blessings to you through Messiah Yahushua, My YAHWEH and My ELOHIM!
HaSatan voiced the Lie to Eve. He lied to her and told her that she could live through disobeying a command of YAHWEH ELOHIM. Now, all of mankind suffer the fate of Adam and Eve, and that fate is physical death. Men and women physically die because they do and can not obey the commands of YAHWEH ELOHIM.
Obedience is therefore vital to continued life in the flesh. The vast majority of Christians believe the Lie of HaSatan. As a result, barring death by violence, they all grow older and eventually get sick and physically die, all the while believing that Yahushua came to save them after they die. What a waste of life!
Is continued life in the flesh possible? Absolutely, but something has to change, does it not? If we desire to live and not physically die, then somehow we must learn how to obey? Right/wrong/maybe?
Obedience begins with obedience. Look at Abraham. YAHWEH ELOHIM came to Abraham and instructed him to leave his father's house and travel to a land which YAHWEH would show him. If Abraham had disobeyed YAHWEH and remained in his father's house, we would not be talking about Abraham today, would we? We would be talking about someone else who was given the opportunity to obey and who then followed through with obedience.
YAHWEH ELOHIM does not give idle commands. If YAHWEH commands you to do something, YAHWEH desires obedience so much so that YAHWEH will bring about your obedience. YAHWEH worked with Abraham long before HE gave Abraham the command to leave his father's house. YAHWEH gave Abraham that command knowing that Abraham would obey. So, Abraham has nothing to boast about in his obedience. YAHWEH blesses with obedience those whom HE has chosen. Accordingly, all the disobedient have not been blessed by YAHWEH.
Please consider here the Blessing of Abraham:
Genesis 12:2-3
2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:
3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.
Clearly, these words indicate that the obedient are blessed with obedience.
At issue right here is how in all the world can the disobedient be blessed? How can the blessing of Abraham fall upon the disobedient? In terms of my recent posts on this thread, how in all the world can Sabbath Breakers be blessed?
